Your agent is pinged on Telegram and confirms receipt. You'll see a live status update. If the agent doesn't confirm within 15 minutes, it automatically escalates to the admin. A downloadable receipt is generated on confirmation.
Platform fees range from 0.8% to 3.5% depending on the payment method. Fees are shown clearly on each method card before you select it. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed.
